- Have your product name or number ready. If you can't locate this information, please select "Proceed without Product Information."
- Enter the first three letters or numbers of your product’s article number to begin the search, then select the desired product from the drop-down list.
- Country/Region: Choose the correct duagon location based on the region where you purchased your product.
- Contact Preference: Let us know your preferred way for us to contact you.

Product Information
To help us assist you faster, please locate your product's name and article number. You will normally find this on the front, the label or the circuit board of the product. For this, below are images showing examples of different types of products.
When using the support form, please enter the first three letters or numbers of the full product name in the Article Number/Product Family field to begin displaying the dropdown list and locate the full article number. For example, if the full product name is D134E-B-N-P4M, please enter D13 to start the search.
