• OS-9 PPC SCF driver conformance (init, read, write, getstat, putstat)
• Use of BBIS 2.x board handler
• Programmable data rates from 75 bit/s up to 1.152Mbit/s (115.2 kbit/s for RS232)
• Support of all channels
• 128-byte FIFO for each transmitter/receiver
• Software selectable 5..8 bits per channel plus parity
• Parity types: none, odd, even
• Software selectable stop bits: 1 or 2
• Software handshake Xon/Xoff
• Software configurable mode switch between RS232, RS422 and RS485 (RS422 and RS485 only for M77)
• Automatic direction control of line drivers in half duplex mode with optional echo suppression (only for M77)
• Hardware handshakes CTS, RTS, DSR and DTR (only supported for M45N and M69N)
