The D013 is an MVB Controller Component on a 48 x 50 mm size footprint. It can be considered as an MVB communication chip for integration on a customer PCB.

Within one component, all features of the MVB architecture are available:

  • Process and Message Data
  • Full featured Bus Administrator
  • The choice "EMD vs. ESD+" is made by the customer
  • Parallel and serial host interface
  • MVB controller and line transceivers are integrated and type tested for easy TCN compliance.

The D013 is fully compliant to the TCN standard IEC 61375 as well as to the more general EN 50155.
