Your Responsibilities:
- Management of the existing customer portfolio and analysis of their specific needs and wishes
- Business Development of French Market (identify and acquire new customers)
- Preparation of offers, discussions and negotiations with customers until the order is placed
- Interface between the customer and various internal departments and stakeholders (e.g. Custom Solutions Team, application Engineers, Operations, Product Management, Product Marketing)
- Strategic and operational market cultivation
- Participation in trade fairs, conferences and events
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in electronics engineering or comparable qualification with technical orientation and business know-how.
- Experience in selling products that require technical competences
- Experience in the rail or automotive sector
- Customer acquisition strength, negotiation and strong communication skills, great team player with an enthusiastic and energetic personality, strong motivation to be a successful sales manager
- Business development and tender management experience
- Good time management and priority setting mind
- Pipeline management skills
- Ability to take responsibility
- Professional and positive appearance
- Availability to travel and visit customers
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written French and English, German is an advantage
