Your Tasks:

  • You analyze found failures and production errors to discover the weak points of our processes and products.
  • You decide the depth of the analysis of the product failures, based on your experience and technical know-how.
  • You use and improve our repair databases and business intelligence tools.
  • Engineering will use your feedback to improve our products.
  • You analyze product failures to find out why they are not working, and what caused the problem.
  • You provide detailed documentation of the analyses and findings.

Your Profile:

  • Studies of electrical engineering, computer science, communications engineering, physics, or another engineering or scientific discipline (FH/HF).
  • Experience in working with large data sets and databases.
  • Knowledge in relevant technologies and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • You work independently with electronic laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator...).
  • Troubleshooting/error analysis is one of your strengths.
  • You find interesting to work with a broad range of products.
  • Good communication skills in English, German is appreciated.
  • We also consider people with little work experience.
