Nuremberg, December 2021 – The new single board computer offers a state-of-the-art performance for embedded applications in the railway, medical and critical automation industry. It is based on the 11th generation Intel® Core™ and Intel® Xeon® W-11000E Series processors, providing new core and graphic architectures, AI-based acceleration, and improved connectivity. Accordingly, with up to 8 processor cores the computer is ideally suited for virtualization applications.
A key factor of the new board will be its scalability in terms memory configuration and its performance depending on environmental conditions, such as ambient temperature and cooling design. Optional 10 Gb Ethernet interfaces allow for high data throughput and direct connection to the network backbone.
Early samples of the new high-performance computer will be available first half of 2022; fully qualified products in the second half of 2022.
